Today we went back to the local favorite restaurant with the best weather in Xanten. First of all, it was nice to see how all these Corona protective measures were implemented. So that you don't have to worry about it. There is enough space on the terrace to keep the necessary distance. We had a great table with a cozy atmosphere that invited to linger. As always, the food was top notch and people thought about what to try next time. The service is friendly and does a professional job. You can't complain about the price either. We always like to go here.

We haven't found a better Yugoslavian restaurant yet, absolutely great. Meat wasn't fried to death, portions were very good. Service nice and friendly. If you don't go out satisfied, you should avoid Yugoslav restaurants in general. Full 5 stars from us and that is really very rare. 100% recommendation, it's a shame we're just passing through.

Cozy restaurant, nice service, also cater to requests if you only want a small portion. You wait longer but it was definitely worth it. The food was very tasty. And the price was right too.

We have been eating there for years and no restaurant is comparable to the quality. The steak is always perfect, the food never lacks spice and you never have to salt. The menu has a lot of choice and it is simply delicious. Service is quick and very friendly. In summer there is also the possibility to sit outside where it is beautiful in good weather. Conclusion: HAMMER !!

Outrageous, have not eaten so bad for a long time and did not know it from the restaurant.My large salad plate consisted almost only of canned food for € 12.90. I will not go there again and cannot recommend it

100% recommendable. The food is great, as is the competent staff, a very friendly team. The price-performance ratio is also great. A recommendation especially for Croatia lovers. I come to Xanten from Bonn, because the way is worth it.

An average Balcan style restaurant, like there are many of them in western Europe. Before having dinner the frightening thing was the enormous menu. We all know, the more you can choose from, the more lack of quality. The staff was friendly, but they failed in a very important matter: No one of our party was asked how he or she would have their meat, medium, medium rare, well done and so on. The result: All meat was too well done. Overcooked. The sauces, served with the meat, were not fresh, but clearly instant powders. The sauce, supposed to be one with peppers, contained at most 5 or 6 pepper corns and tasted in no way like pepper. The fries and the fresh vegetables from the salad bar however were outstanding. In all a very average restaurant, serving food for the mass, but at a very fair price.
